The short version
We collect the details you type into our quote form so we can reply to you about a court project. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and this site does not run advertising or analytics tracking of any kind.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form, we receive and store:
- Your name, email address and phone number, if you provide them
- The project address or city you tell us about
- Project details — court type, property type, number of courts, budget range and timeline
- The message you write to us
- Technical details sent automatically by your browser with the submission: your IP address and browser user-agent string
We keep the IP address and user-agent to stop automated spam and abuse of the form. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence so we have a record of the conversation.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies at all. Not for tracking, not for advertising, not for analytics. There are no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics tools.
The only things stored in your browser are:
- Your scroll position, so the page returns you to the right spot when you navigate back. It holds no identifier, and your browser discards it when you close the tab.
- A login session, and only for our own staff signing in to the private admin area. Visitors to the public site never receive one.
Both are strictly necessary for the site to work as expected, and neither is used to follow you around the web.
We also do not take payment through this website, so we never see card or bank details here.
Why we are allowed to use it
We use your details to respond to a request you made of us, and to carry out work you ask us to do. If you ask us for a quote, replying to you is the whole point. We do not add you to a marketing list from a quote request.
Who else can see it
We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — hosts the database where quote requests are stored
- Resend — sends the confirmation email to you and the notification email to us
- Vercel — hosts and serves this website
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces this site is set in. Loading them means your browser requests a file from Google, which involves your IP address. Google sets no cookie for this, and we send them nothing else about you.
We may also share information where we are legally required to. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as we may reasonably need them for the project and our business records. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Email okelleyellc@gmail.com and we will handle it. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason to be removed from contact.
Children
This website is aimed at people arranging construction work. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
Quote requests are stored in a database that is not publicly readable. Access is restricted to authorised staff accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not leave your details exposed to the open internet.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your contact details, we will tell you.
